"we", "us" means Smart Foods Market Ltd

1.    WEBSITE ACCESS

1.1.  Acceptance of terms. By accessing any part of the website, you indicate that you accept these website terms. If you do not accept these website terms, you should leave the website immediately.

1.2.  Third party websites. Links to third party websites on the website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the website. We have not reviewed and do not control any of these third-party websites (and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability). We do not endorse or make any representation about these websites, their content, or the results from using such websites or content. If you decide to access any of the third-party websites linked to the website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

2.    REGISTRATION

2.1.  Eligibility to register into smartEAT. network. You can only file the application in case you are the person entitled to act for the premises. The owner (in the case there are more than one owners, all of them) cannot be in breach of any agreements with us or any of our terms and conditions (including these ones), cannot be in breach with Law of England, Law of Germany and law of country, where premises are located.

2.2.  How to register. In order to submit an application, you will be required to fill the application form and follow procedure that you can find at www.smartfoodsmarket.com/country/smarteat/plus You have to check all of the information that you enter are correct before submitting your application, as once your application is submitted, we will begin processing it immediately. All application process placed shall be in the English language.

2.3.  Reviewing your application.  Once we receive your application, a team member reviews your application and you will receive an email from us saying whether you application was successful, if so you will have to follow the instructions emailed to your email address written in the application form.

2.4  Ability to suspend your application. We reserve the right to suspend your application, in the case you provided us with false information or did not fulfil the requirements that can be found at www.smartfoodsmarket.com/country/smarteat/plus If such case occurred, you will not be entitled to receive  refund of amount you have paid during the registration process.

2.5. Ability to withdraw application. You can withdraw from the application up to 14 calendar days after the you proceeded the payment. You must do it by writing to us at store.smarteat@smartfoodsmarket.com We reserve right to process your withdrawal within 28 calendar days, and you will be entitled to full refund you have paid during the registration process, however Smart Foods Market reserves the right to charge administrative fee equivalent to 3.5% of amount.

3.    PAYMENT

3.1 Payment. The membership fee has to be paid to the account number provided on the invoice and in currency stated on the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you to the email provided in the registration process.

3.2  Bank account details.  Account holder details must match details filled in the application form. The account holder might be an owner of the premises or premises. Shall be different Smart Foods Market reserve right not to accept such payment; and the payment will be refunded to you immediately, and your application might be suspended.

3.3.  Registration. Registration is considered as the completed after the payment has been received in full to account number provided on the invoice; you will receive confirmation email saying so.

3.4.  Refund-ability. In the case, you withdraw your application 14 days after the payment, you are entitled to full refund, however Smart Foods Market reserves the right to charge you administration fee equal to 1.5% of the amount paid. In the case, you withdraw application up to 14 calendar days after the meeting takes place, you are entitled to 90% of the amount paid, however Smart Foods Market reserves the right to charge you administration fee equal to 1.5% of the amount paid.  Shall you ask for the refund, we reserve the right to proceed it within 28 calendar days, however you are not entitled to refund after the 14 days from the payment until the meeting takes places. In the case, the ownership changes, you might lose the right for refund. In the case you provided us with false information, you might lose your right for refund. In the case of death, illness, war, natural disaster or sudden loss of a family member, you are entitled to full refund of the payment, however you will have to provide us with relevant official documents confirming your status e.g. document signed and stamped by doctor (in the case of illness).

4.   MEETINGS

4.1.  Invitation. You will be invited to the meeting session 28 calendar days in advance. You must confirm us your attendance within 14 calendar days after you received the invitation email, if you do not do so, your application will be suspended, and you will not be entitled for the refund.

4.2.  Condition. The meeting is mandatory, if you confirm your attendance, and you will not participate at the session, Smart Foods Market may suspend your application and you are not entitled to any refund. In the case of death, illness, war, natural disaster or sudden loss of family member, you are entitled to full refund.

4.3.  Validation. The contract between Smart Foods Market International and store shall enter validation after the meeting session takes place, at which point a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Smart Foods Market International to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. This means that your subscription, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law and you agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any such dispute or claim. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
